NPR Finance Limited engages in financing activities in India. It operates in four segments: Financial, Money Changing, Wind Power Generation, and Real Estate. The company engages in granting loans covered by hypothecation agreements, unsecured personal loans, inter-corporate deposits, and shares and securities. It finances for three wheelers, as well as used commercial vehicles and cars. The company is also involved in money changing operations, including the sale of currencies and travelers cheques; encashment of various currencies and travelers cheques for public NRIs, foreigners, banks, and others; western union money transfer activities; and sale of BTM cards. In addition, it generates power through 2 wind turbine generators of 1.25 MW capacity each at Dhule and Sangli in the state of Maharashtra. Further, the company is involved in real estate development business. NPR Finance Limited was incorporated in 1989 and is based in Kolkata, India.
