It operates and distributes television (TV) channels; licenses dark fiber; and distributes content through digital cable and via satellite through the Headend-in-the-Sky satellite platforms under the INDigital and NXTDIGITAL brand names, as well as providing broadband services through digital cable. The company also leases optic fiber cable and internet connectivity services under the ONE Broadband brand name; and sells set-top boxes. It also acquires land for future development. The company was formerly known as Hinduja Ventures Limited and changed its name to Nxtdigital Limited in October 2019. Nxtdigital Limited was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Mumbai, India.
